SivaShankar M is a seasoned quality and product safety professional with over 22 years of experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Development Quality at Philips Domestic Appliances since September 2019, SivaShankar has successfully led significant projects including the launch of multiple kitchen appliances and the attainment of UL certification for the US and Canada markets. Previously, SivaShankar held managerial and leadership positions in quality assurance at Srinivasa Group of Companies, Nokia, Motorola Mobility, ELGI Equipments Ltd., and Acwa Automatics, contributing to new product development and ensuring compliance with quality standards. SivaShankar holds an MBA from Anna University Chennai and a degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented by a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
