Troy Gower

Troy Gower is the Country Lead for Africa at Versuni, a position held since April 2020 following the company's rebranding from Philips Domestic Appliances. Gower's responsibilities include implementing strategies for the integrated African business and developing distribution channels. Prior to Versuni, Gower served as Business Development Director at Team Forward (Pty) Ltd, overseeing a team that marketed smart wearable technologies. Gower's extensive experience in the electronics sector includes roles at Samsung Electronics, where contributions ranged from Business Unit Leader to National Sales Manager and Regional Manager, focusing on strategy development and sales performance. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Daikin AC and product management at PG Bison. Gower holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa and a Diploma in Credit Management from Wits Business School.
