With nearly 20 years of experience in product compliance across various regions including Greater China, the EU, and North America, they specialize in regulatory and standard requirements. Previously, Winston held leadership roles at GE Measurement & Control, Baker Hughes, and GE Energy Inspection Technologies, where they advanced compliance strategies and quality management systems. They earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tongji University.
