Craig Irvine

Craig Irvine has a long and varied work experience in the finance and technology industries. Craig began their career in 1994 as a First Vice President at Merrill Lynch. In 2002, they moved to Citigroup as Managing Director, Head of Asian Telecom Research. Craig then moved to Macquarie Securities in 2003 in the same role. In 2006, Craig co-founded and invested in a pioneering cloud-based SaaS management system for time-based SMEs in Asia at SoluNet Global. From 2008 to 2012, they were Co-Head of Regional Research at Daiwa Capital Markets, where they were the primary architect of major expansion of equity research product in Asia. From 2012 to 2021, Craig was Managing Partner at Business on Target, where they developed project finance and capital raise plans for 300MW of Bitcoin mining joint ventures, and acted as a fractional CFO for a Bitcoin mining startup. In 2021, they took on the role of VP of Finance at MINDSET by DIVE Studios, a VC-funded digital media startup. Most recently, in 2022, Craig became Founder and Managing Partner at Three Vectors Capital, and Chief Financial Officer at Versured. At Three Vectors Capital, they are responsible for due diligence, valuation and financial consulting for independent insurance agencies and arranging agency sales and strategic partnerships. At Versured, they are partnering with independent insurance agencies and leading finance and strategy for a startup insurance technology developer and nationwide brokerage.

Craig Irvine obtained an MBA from The Wharton School, focusing on Finance and International Management. Craig also received a Certificate from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center for Chinese Studies and a BA in East Asian Studies from Yale University. Additionally, they hold a Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
