Michael S. Stanley

Michael S. Stanley is a Senior Agile Coach with a strong track record in managing Agile transformation operations and optimizing project management. Currently overseeing 57 Agile release streams at Vertafore, Michael has trained and mentored a technology team of over 700 employees and orchestrated Agile training sessions for more than 100 scrum masters. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Scrum Master at Evolve and Highmark Inc., where they successfully streamlined workflow and secured significant cost savings. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and is pursuing a Master of Management Practice at Colorado State University.
