Mike Marso

Mike Marso is currently the Director of Customer Success at Vertafore, where they focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving account growth. Previously, they held multiple roles at Vertafore, including Senior Manager of Customer Success, and worked as an Account Manager II at SSB, where they successfully managed a portfolio of NFL clients. Their experience also includes positions in ticket sales and marketing at the University of Denver and Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Mike began their academic journey at Pennsylvania State University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts & Sciences.
