Molly Garrison

Molly Garrison, MBA, PHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Vertafore since May 2021. Previously, Molly held various leadership positions at HCA Healthcare, where they worked from 2009 to 2021. Molly'sroles included Vice President of Human Resources at Rose Medical Center, Vice President of Human Resources for Integrated Lines of Business, Assistant Director of Human Resources, HR Manager of Ambulatory Surgery Division, and HR Generalist. Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, they worked as an Associate Manager - HR at J. Crew and as an HR Manager/Office Manager at Barnhart Communications.

Molly Garrison, MBA, PHR, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their academic achievements, Molly has obtained additional certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Molly also holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
