Gregory Mcdermott

Gregory Mcdermott is the current Director of Sales at Vertalo. Gregory has previously held this position at Securitize from May 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director - Institutional Sales at SS&C Technologies - EZE Software from October 2019 to April 2021, where they managed the business development process from prospecting to contract negotiations with buy side accounts including asset managers, hedge funds and family offices. Before that, they were the Sales / Senior Relationship Manager at Liquidnet from June 2007 to June 2019, where they managed a list of buy side accounts consisting of asset managers, hedge funds and family offices. Gregory also prospected and coordinated contract and pricing negotiations in order to close buy side firms on the Liquidnet platform. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales at SunGard - now part of FIS from June 2006 to May 2007. Before that, they were the Managing Director at Track Data Corp from April 2005 to May 2006.

Gregory Mcdermott received their MBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University's Zarb School of Business and their BS in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Gregory Mcdermott reports to Mark Coffman, Chief Revenue Officer. They are on a team with and Nathan Walker - Head of Customer Success.
