Alex Turner

Alex Turner, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office and Automation Manager at Vertech, having joined in February 2023. With a robust military background, Alex holds the position of Commanding Officer | Captain (O6) in the US Navy Reserves, leading a unit of 13 Officers and 20 Enlisted for Theater Undersea Warfare Operations. Alex's diverse roles in the Navy include Commanding Officer for various commands, Executive Officer for NAVWAR, and Officer in Charge for several units, all showcasing leadership in complex operations. Prior to Vertech, Alex worked at Lin & Associates, Inc. as Project Execution Manager and spent 13 years at Honeywell Process Solutions, where significant achievements included leading the Power Generation Vertical Business and managing multimillion-dollar automation projects. Alex's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, alongside specialized training at Navy Nuclear Power School.
