James Roberto

James Roberto has over 18 years of work experience in the IT industry. James started their career in 2004 as a Linux Systems Administrator at Oil Search Limited, where they were responsible for providing a high level of expert IT services. In 2013, they joined Healthdirect Australia as a Customer Support Analyst, where they provided customer support to clients, supported a range of IT assets and liaised with vendors and third parties to resolve issues. James was later promoted to an Applications Support Analyst and then to an Operations & Application Support Team Lead. In 2018, they moved to Phoenix HSL as a Cloud Operations Lead and in 2022, they were appointed as the Head Of Technical Operations at Nano Digital Home Loans.

James Roberto received their Bachelor of Business and Commerce from the University of Western Sydney between 2012 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate IV in IT Network Management from TAFE NSW between 2003 and 2006, with a focus on Network and System Administration/Administrator.
