Tom Griffiths has been in the financial services industry since 2000. Tom began their career at ING Australia Ltd as the Northern Region Manager (NSW & QLD), Distribution in 2000. Tom then held the positions of Head of Strategic Development, Personal Investments and Head of Product, Employer Superannuation at ING Australia Ltd from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they joined BT Financial Group as National Manager for Product, Super & Retail Investments and Head of Product, Corporate Super. Tom then moved to Head of Distribution Strategy at BT Financial Group from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they were responsible for the strategy and execution of initiatives between BT and the broader Westpac Group, including leading the response to the Financial Services Royal Commission. In 2019, they moved to Westpac Group as Covid-19 Command Centre and Commercial Director. Currently, Tom Griffiths is the Product Owner B2B at Nano Digital Home Loans since 2022.
Tom Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), with a double major in Economics and Finance.
