Vertex Ltd. was established in 2003 as the AzeriGlobalService Ltd., Logistics, Construction and Maintenance Company. Joint Venture Company between our Company and ES-KO Company (France) was established in 2004. Because of increasing volume of construction services and maintenance activities and joining other companies to the main one, Vertex Company was created in 2007. Vertex Company’s core projects include corporate work, office buildings, electrical works, different metal structures and maintenance services. The main source of the growth of Vertex Company over the past years has been repeat business and referral work from previous clients.
