Vertex Industrial Projects is an industrial asset lifecycle partner.
We relocate, install and commission production equipment, and we source, buy and sell surplus and new process plant and stainless steel tanks across beverage, dairy, food, breweries ,distilleries and pharmaceutical manufacturing in the UK and Europe.

One call. One contract. One team accountable for delivery.

Manufacturers work with us to remove the complexity and risk of managing multiple contractors, OEM engineers, hauliers and installation crews. We take that off their desk and carry single-point accountability from shutdown to full operational production.

Two ways we work with you:
New Equipment & Surplus Asset Sales — much of our stock is sourced directly from live projects, decommissioning scopes and asset-recovery programmes, giving buyers access to quality process lines, tanks and packaging kit before it reaches the open market. We also act as an independent procurement partner for new equipment, tied to no single OEM.

Relocation & Project Delivery — end-to-end production line and facility relocation: survey, dismantling, transport, mechanical and electrical installation, pipework, process layout, OEM coordination and commissioning, to operator sign-off.
Proven across projects from single-asset moves to full facility transfers, including multi-OEM beverage lines (Krones, KHS, Sidel). We work confidentially with manufacturers navigating sensitive transitions — closures, asset sales, capacity changes.
