We are creating Cambridge’s first and leading Build to Rent brand by delivering and operating class defining spaces to live, work and play. We are aiming for inspiring locations across Cambridge, East Anglia and pushing towards other major UK cities. We have an existing and growing development pipeline of over 1000 residential units, ancillary amenity, co-working, retail and leisure by 2025.

We continue to lead the way with service, innovation, residential-led neighbourhoods, focusing on customer service and best-in-class institutional design. We provide a viable long-term solution to providing high-quality homes for the private rental sector on a large scale. It is a package that is currently lacking as an option for many people in the private rental sector. Vertex Living flats offer a range of facilities and packages geared towards those living in rented accommodation.
