Miranda Wright

Miranda Wright is a highly skilled Senior Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since September 2018, previously holding the position of Research Scientist. Prior experience includes an Industrial Placement at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in 2017, where Miranda contributed to the development of a bench-stable transfer reagent for trifluoromethyl sulfonimidamides. Additionally, Miranda served as an Industrial Trainee at Novartis from July 2012 to July 2013. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from the University of Oxford (2014-2018) and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry with Industrial Experience from the University of Warwick (2010-2014). Education was completed at Bradford Girls Grammar School from 2003 to 2010.
