Andrew Lyons is a construction risk management professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Project Advisory at The Vertex Companies, LLC. With a robust background in real estate development, finance, and construction management, they have engaged with a diverse array of projects, including multi-family buildings, medical facilities, and renewable energy initiatives. Andrew also possesses experience in auditing and Six Sigma methodologies, allowing for innovative approaches to process improvement and efficiency identification.
