Brad Cole, PMP, LEED AP, is the Vice President at The Vertex Companies, LLC, where they provide construction consulting for real estate owners, investors, and lenders. With extensive experience as an Owner's Representative in the design and construction industry, Cole has managed projects across various sectors, including residential, hospitality, and commercial. Previously, Cole held roles such as Project Manager at The Vertex Companies, Inc. and Director of Production at A2aMEDIA. They have also earned a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and a Professional Certificate in Managing Construction Projects from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Colorado Denver.
