Dalton Beard, PSP, CCT, is a Construction Contract Claims Manager and Scheduling Consultant with extensive experience in construction planning, scheduling, and cost management. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Claims and Disputes at The Vertex Companies LLC, they have previously held key positions at Beard Project Controls Services, Aegis Project Controls, and Point Construction Advisory Group. Dalton earned an MBA in Business Analytics from Frostburg State University and holds two additional MBAs in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as bachelor's degrees in Economics and Finance, and Business Administration from Shepherd University. They have a proven track record of effectively coordinating projects, managing costs, and leading teams in the construction industry.
