Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong track record of technical leadership, business advisory, and expert services. David built, grew and led a $325 million consulting practice for Navigant, increasing revenue and profit while investing in the professional growth and advancement of his teams. David hired, developed, and retained a loyal following of top talent for over three decades through positive and challenging business cycles. In addition to over 35 years of business leadership and advisory consulting, David is a Licensed Professional Engineer, and holds an MBA. He is a recognized subject matter expert in construction claims analysis, scheduling, and cost analysis for major infrastructure developments. He has testified in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings on some of the largest and most complicated projects.
