Jeb Bryan

Jeb Bryan, VP and Chief Legal Counsel at The VERTEX Companies, LLC, has a long and successful history in both engineering and law.

Bryan began their career as a civil engineer, working for Metcalf & Eddy from 1988 to 1991. Jeb then made the switch to law, joining Seyfarth Shaw as Of Counsel in 2006. In 2008, they joined Ferriter Scobbo & Rodophele, PC as an attorney, where they worked until 2013.

In 1995, Bryan joined Vertex Engineering Services, Inc. as Vice President and General Counsel. Jeb served in this role for 11 years before moving on to their current position at The VERTEX Companies, LLC.

Bryan’s experience in both engineering and law make him uniquely qualified to handle the complex legal issues that The VERTEX Companies, LLC faces on a daily basis. Jeb is an invaluable asset to the company, and has helped them navigate through some of the toughest challenges they have faced in recent years.

Jeb Bryan has a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas.

They work with Jill Mandile - VP, Administration, Stephen McCarthy - VP, Due Diligence, and Christopher Morley - Chief Business Development Officer. Jeb Bryan reports to Bill McConnell, CEO.
