Lor Lee is an innovative leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. They founded LorLee Inclusion in 2008 and have held significant roles, including Director of Inclusion and Equity at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota and Administrator/Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Mayo Clinic. Lor’s educational background includes a Doctorate in Health Administration from Capella University. Currently, Lor serves as the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Nordic Global and continues to champion inclusive practices across various sectors.
