Russell Fitzpatrick

Dr. Fitzpatrick comes to the role of Chief Learning Officer (CLO) after 20 years as VERTEX’s Executive Vice President managing their Canadian and Mexican environmental consulting operations. With those management roles now being shared by others, Dr. Fitzpatrick has been focusing on creating their Lifetime of Learning Program, based on extensive research on adult learning and development. VERTEX’s Lifetime of Learning Program is part of their overall Talent Management Program, offering career coaching and development services, as well as skills and professional advancement training, through a number of external partnerships with learning platforms and several Universities. In addition to learning and development, Dr. Fitzpatrick continues to support environmental projects in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.
