Ryan Hanlon

Ryan Hanlon is the Director of PCA services at The VERTEX Companies, LLC, with 18 years of experience in environmental and structural consulting. Based in the Denver office, Ryan manages senior-level responsibilities for Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Site Assessments, and various related surveys, completing around 50 projects annually across approximately 25 states. They hold a Master of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Denver and a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Project Manager at The Vertex Companies, Inc., and has experience as a Project Manager at Cardno ATC.
