Ted Isbell

Ted Isbell, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is a Senior Forensic Architect at The Vertex Companies, where they provide expert consulting services in areas such as forensic analysis, building envelope investigation, and property condition assessments. With a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies in Forensic Engineering at the University of Denver, Ted combines architectural expertise with legal insights. Their previous experience includes serving as a Principal Architect at CSHQA and working on various high-profile projects, including a LEED Platinum certified design studio conversion. They began their architectural journey as an Architect-In-Training in the early 1990s, establishing a robust foundation in the field.
