Michael Kerin

Michael Kerin, CTP, is a seasoned treasury professional with extensive experience in debt management, cash management, and risk management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Treasury at Vertex Inc. since November 2016, Michael has held progressive roles including Director of Treasury and Senior Treasury Operations Leader. Prior to Vertex, Michael worked at CELLULAR ONE as Director of Treasury and Property Management, and at SunCom Wireless - T-Mobile, overseeing comprehensive cash management operations as Director of Treasury. Michael's career began at WWF Paper Corporation as Assistant Treasurer, where management of cash activities and banking relationships was key. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University.
