Bobby Batson

Bobby Batson is currently the COO at VertexOne. Prior to this, they were a Senior Advisor - Independent Consultant at West Monroe Partners from June 2018 to May 2019. In this role, they oversaw EY's Oracle Utility Applications delivery practice; consisting of more than 100 consultants in North America and the Philippines. Bobby worked primarily with mid-market utilities to transform their business processes through the design, build and deployment of core enterprise software systems. Bobby specialized in customer information systems (CIS), enterprise asset management systems (EAM), work and service management systems and ERP systems including financials and HR. Bobby also specialized in the use and deployment of emerging cloud computing technologies. Some of their primary client relationships included mid-market investor-owned and municipal utilities. Bobby has significant experience in the California utility market, which is one of the most dynamic markets in the U.S.

Bobby Batson has a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
