Jan Bubienczyk

Jan Bubienczyk has extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at Vertical since February 2018, Jan has progressively advanced through positions from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Jan held the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Startup Sauna, directing digital marketing efforts and event strategies for a prominent Nordic startup accelerator. Experience as Head of Product at Bule involved developing innovative team-building software. Participation in the European Youth Parliament included serving as a Trainer & Facilitator, leading over 50 events and training teams across Europe, and previously as Board Member & Treasurer for EYP Finland. Jan's career began as a Sales Associate at Alexandria Pankkiiriliike, focusing on cold sales initiatives. Education includes ongoing studies at Haaga-Helia University and Maastricht University, following an International Baccalaureate diploma.
