Jack Allen is an experienced aerospace professional with a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. Currently serving as the Aeromechanics Team Lead at Vertical Aerospace since May 2021, Jack leads the Aeromechanics Integrated Product Team, focusing on Aerodynamics, Aeroacoustics, and Flight Dynamics. Prior to this role, Jack held various positions at Leonardo from October 2012 to May 2021, including Flight Dynamics IPT Lead and Advanced Flight Dynamics Engineer, with a foundation in flight mechanics that began as a Graduate Engineer in a customer support and engineering context. Jack's industry experience also includes a Year in Industry internship at Exception EMS from 2007 to 2008.
