Jon Matthews

Jon Matthews has accumulated extensive work experience in the IT field, starting in 2005 as an IT Support Analyst at SunGard. Jon then moved on to roles such as Desktop Support Analyst at Practical Law and Service Desk Analyst at Northgate Information Solutions. With roles at KPMG Australia, London Ambulance Service, and Bike Shed, they gained experience in IT support and project management. Jon later transitioned to Flybe as an End User Support Technician and eventually became an Application Support Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Information Technology Operations Engineer at Vertical Aerospace, where they are now the Application Support Lead.

Jon Matthews completed a GNVQ in IT & Communications at Exeter College from 2000 to 2002. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued Motorcycle Repair & Maintenance at Lambeth College. In addition to their formal education, Jon obtained various certifications like Autodesk Fusion 360 Certified User, Amadeus Office Management Certification, ITIL v3 Foundation, and PRINCE2 (2009), among others.
