Sara P.

Sara P. is an experienced aerospace engineer with a strong focus on propulsion systems. Currently serving as an Advanced Electrical Propulsion System Engineer at Vertical Aerospace since July 2021, Sara has previously held the role of Electrical Propulsion Systems Engineer. Sara contributed to aerospace advancements through a Master thesis project at the University of Victoria, which involved designing and manufacturing a VTOL UAV that underwent flight testing. Prior experience includes leadership in the Rocket Experiment Division at AeroTéc, where Sara led the propulsion team in designing a solid-fuel rocket motor and successfully coordinated its launch and recovery. Sara holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, complemented by additional studies at Seoul National University.
