Ashley Cox

Ashley Cox is a seasoned professional in asset management and real estate, currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Vertical Bridge since November 2020. Previously, Ashley held various positions, including Asset Manager at Eco-Site, Inc., and Property Manager while managing a significant portfolio of tower sites for Sprint and American Tower. With a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Meredith College and further education from HPW Real Estate School, Ashley possesses extensive experience in negotiating site agreements, managing lease portfolios, and resolving complex site-related issues across multiple organizations.
