Dave Smith

Dave Smith is an experienced project manager and site acquisition expert with a background in telecommunications. Since May 2018, Dave has served as a Project Manager in Development at Vertical Bridge. In addition, since September 2009, Dave has held the position of Director of Site Acquisition at TeleCAD Wireless, overseeing site acquisition and A&E services across Tennessee and surrounding states. Prior to this, from September 2001 to August 2009, Dave worked as a Site Acquisition Manager at General Dynamics, managing land lease agreements and coordinating various necessary analyses and approvals for telecommunication facilities. Dave holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Sam Houston State University, earned between 1990 and 1995, and attended KATY High School from 1986 to 1989.
