James Dunker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business development. Currently serving as the Real Estate Leasing Manager at Vertical Bridge since April 2021, James previously held the position of Director of Business Development at Telamon from May 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, James spent nearly two decades at Crown Castle as Sales Director. James holds a Master of Arts in Geography/Regional Planning from PennWest California (1995-1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bethany College (1990-1994).
