Vertical Healing is a mental health practice and education company dedicated to helping people move upward—toward insight, growth, and lasting change.

We offer individual therapy, strategic consultation, and mental health education through engaging webinars and workplace trainings. Whether supporting clients through anxiety, burnout, boundary challenges, or big life transitions, our work centers on clarity, compassion, and practical tools for real life.

Our founder, Jaymi Dormaier, LCSW, brings over a decade of clinical experience and has led trainings for more than 700,000 people nationwide. Her therapeutic style is honest, warm, and collaborative—and that energy shapes everything we do at Vertical Healing.

We believe healing doesn’t just mean “feeling better.” It means understanding yourself, owning your choices, and creating a life you love.
