Ryan Wilson

Ryan Wilson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fundraising, recruiting, and retail management. Currently serving as a Fundraising Coach at Vertical Raise since February 2022, Ryan previously worked as a National Recruiting Specialist at NCSA Athletic Recruiting, where over 5,000 candidate interviews were conducted, and onboarding and training were managed. Prior experience includes roles at Bass Pro Shops as Tracker/Marine Manager and at Sports Authority for two decades in various managerial positions, including Store Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Merchandise Manager, where significant achievements included hiring over 2,000 candidates and operating high-volume stores. Ryan's educational background includes studies at Northern Arizona University, Paradise Valley Community College, and a High School Diploma from Scottsdale Christian High School.
