Kelly Jester

Kelly Jester, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 30 years of extensive experience in human resources management. Kelly has held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Vertical Screen, Inc. and Theraplay Family of Companies. In previous positions, they have led HR teams, developed strategic HR direction, managed benefit programs, and implemented best practices in HR across various organizations. Their experience includes roles such as Director of Human Resources, HR Director, and Senior HR Representative.

Kelly Jester earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1992. Kelly then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university in 1999. In 2000, Kelly obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, followed by their SHRM-CP certification in October 2015.
