Tim Gaudreau

With the company since January 2007, Tim oversees the direction of daily operations at a high level with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely investigative reports are delivered to their clients. Serving as their NAPBS and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System representative, Tim is responsible for setting their corporate objectives and internal production standards as well as providing subject matter and operational expertise for their clients, Account Management, Customer Service and Sales teams.

Prior to assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer, Tim served as a coordinator in Vertical Screen’s Public Records department and from there was elevated to the role of Director of Operations. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in international studies and economics from Arcadia University in 2006.
