Vertical World and Outdoor Leadership & Survival School (OLASS) are two sister companies geared towards providing professional outdoor activities and events organisation. Both companies live up to their reputation of providing the most reliable services in their respective fields. Manned by the most qualified team of outdoor educators and trainers, Wilderness paramedics, rescue personnel and staff you will find on the island. We are used to the challenges of the vertiginous heights of the vertical world, rugged terrain of mountains, unstable boulder fields and the uncertainty of hazardous rescue missions and scenarios. In our world, failure is not an option!

For great fun and some serious adrenalin - Canyoning, Mountain hiking, rock climbing....

For Team building, groups and incentives:
We believe that in our post-modern society, in order to survive, companies and organisations are heavily reliant on effective and flexible teams. Productivity has become so much the main issue that we very often forget the very basis of how and why teams function, that every team is made up of individuals, that every individual has his/her own patterns of thoughts and reactions...
Using our experience of the field, and the outdoors as classrooms, we have the capacity of creating outdoor activities that will put your incentive groups to the test. Challenge them physically, intellectually and emotionally, changing the way you see and value each other in the process. In our world, the relationship between individual performance and team becomes simple and clear. Back to basics.
