Adam Seithel

Adam’s interest in real estate development and construction began at the University of Arizona where he earned a degree in Urban Planning. Upon his return to Chicago, he pursued the interest while working at a real estate brokerage then transitioning to Chicago Title Insurance Company shortly thereafter.

Seven years in the title industry exposed him to complex underwriting, construction, and mechanics’ lien issues. During this time, he earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University. The industry, particularly at the time, being technology-starved, gave way to an interest in how large cloud-based platforms support and operate within organizations. Adam left for Deloitte Consulting.

While at Deloitte, Adam gained a deep understanding and developed a passion for organization, planning, system implementation, and the indispensable role of people in initiatives. He led teams globally for Fortune 250 companies through full implementation lifecycles: discovery, design, delivery, testing, and support. He believes that talk and theory are valuable, but solid execution of a strategy is essential.

Adam brings 7 years implementation and change experience to the Vertical team. Employing proven frameworks where appropriate he champions engagement, communication, and transparency to ensure on-time, predictable results.
