Nana Dankwah

Nana Dankwah has worked as a Business Analyst at Dovel Technologies since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GEICO from May 2019 to May 2021, also as a Business Analyst. At GEICO, Nana worked on various tasks such as understanding and documenting business operations, system requirements, and workflows, identifying process improvements, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, and developing functional requirements. They were also involved in performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

Nana Dankwah attended Radford University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Their major was in Communication, General, and they also pursued a minor in business administration.
