James Power is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, recruiting, and leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently, James serves as Co-Founder and COO at both Oasis Windows & Doors and Cadre Design + Build, focusing on high-quality custom windows and doors, as well as design and construction. In addition, James manages PowerHouse Capital, an investment group specializing in multi-family residential housing and early-stage SaaS ventures. Previous experience includes leading recruiting teams at Verticalmove, Inc. and managing operations at Paragon Technology and Development. James also has a military background as an Infantry Marine, serving in Operation Enduring Freedom. James holds executive education credentials from Wharton Executive Education.
