Diane Yu

Diane Yu is the Chief Legal Officer at VerticalScope Inc. since August 2013. Previously, Diane worked as a Senior Counsel at TD Bank Group from September 2011 to July 2013. Prior to that, Diane was an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from 2006 to September 2011, and at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP from 2002 to 2006. Diane has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College.
