Daniel Boni

Daniel Boni is an accomplished procurement and commercial strategy professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Procurement Director for Client Engagement at Vertice since September 2025, Daniel previously held the position of Commercial Strategy Lead and Principal Consultant at Elixirr from January 2023 to September 2025. Daniel founded Throwback Street Food, leading the venture from December 2020 to January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at GSK as a Global Senior Manager, Global Category Manager, and Global Category Buyer from April 2017 to January 2022, as well as a Commodity Buyer at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2013 to September 2016. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Portsmouth (2009-2012) and a Diploma in Procurement & Supply from CIPS (2015-2016).
