Natalie Lawrence

Natalie Lawrence is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as a Senior GTM Talent Partner at Vertice since February 2025. Previously, Natalie held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - EMEA at Alation from October 2021 to January 2025. Natalie's experience also includes roles at Lion as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Candidate Specialist, Hays as a Recruitment Client Consultant and Bids and Tender Consultant, and Stirling Andersen as a Recruitment Consultant. Earlier in Natalie's career, positions were held at Novus as a Key Account Manager and at D&D London as a Sales Executive. Natalie's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Kent and further studies at the University of South Carolina, complemented by A-Levels from HSDC Havant & South Downs and a foundation at Portsmouth High School GDST.
