Elmar Happ

Elmar Happ is a seasoned professional in land management and public sector operations, currently serving as VP Land Management and Managing Director at ibR Geoinformation GmbH since September 2023. Prior to this role, Elmar held the position of Director Public Sector and Prokurist at VertiGIS starting in December 2021. Elmar accumulated extensive leadership experience as Managing Director at AED-SYNERGIS GmbH from October 2009 to November 2021 and as Head of Product Management Public Sector at AED-SICAD AG from August 1994 to September 2009. Elmar holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
