Lou Adams

Lou Adams is currently the Chief of Staff at VertiGIS, having previously served as the Director of Operations at Pip Hare Ocean Racing from 2018 to 2025. In this role, Lou was instrumental in managing operations, HR, and global sponsorship, successfully recruiting a diverse and talented team while securing significant sponsorship deals that yielded substantial returns on investment. Prior to this, Lou worked in senior nursing roles in the NHS, including as Matron in Paediatrics during the global pandemic, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. Lou is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Health at the University of Nottingham.
