Ashbel Roy

Ashbel Roy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashbel currently serves as the Vice President HRIS & HR Analytics at Vertiv. Prior to this role, Ashbel worked at Honeywell for a significant portion of their career. At Honeywell, they held various positions, including Director IT, Transformation Leader - Talent Technologies and Digital Experience, Sr. Manager IT - Talent Acquisition & Management Systems, Manager IT - Talent Systems Delivery Lead, Manager - Program IT, and Manager IT Projects. Ashbel was responsible for leading IT transformations, implementing SAAS platforms, managing global teams, and driving digital and strategic initiatives in the HR Talent Systems space. Before joining Honeywell, Ashbel had experience as a Global Project Manager and APAC Project Manager for Compensation Planning at Honeywell. Ashbel also worked as an ERP Consultant at Covansys, where they focused on PeopleSoft HRMS systems, and as a Senior Consultant at HPM Consultants, where they provided business consulting and designed metrics systems for operational improvements.

Ashbel Roy completed their high school education in 1993 at Alpha Matriculation Higher Secondary School, with a focus on mathematics. From 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madurai Kamraj University. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Bharathiar University and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management.
