Bruno Silva

Bruno Silva serves as a Senior Financial Manager at Vertiv since March 2025. Previously, Bruno held various roles at Plastic Omnium from July 2015 to May 2025, including Plant Controller, where responsibilities included overseeing the company's growth from $35 million in sales with 148 employees to a projected $200 million with 460 employees, and supporting the acquisition of two external manufacturing sites to enhance operational efficiency. As R&D North American Controller and Business Unit Americas Consolidation Controller, Bruno supported the Regional CFO for the Americas, managing financial consolidation and R&D flows across 14 manufacturing sites in four countries, totaling around $1 billion in annual revenue. In the Cost Controller position, Bruno focused on sales and product profitability, identifying insourcing opportunities to improve margins and creating reconciliation processes to prevent underpayment. Bruno holds a Pós-Graduação Latu Sensu in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Economics from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas.
