Flavio Gioia

Flavio Gioia currently serves as the Mechanical and Industrialization Team Manager at Vertiv since July 2025. Prior to this role, Flavio held multiple positions at WASP, including Head of Research and Development and Project Leader in Research and Development from April 2015 to July 2025. Experience also includes a position as a 3D Lab Assistant at IADE - Creative University in early 2014 and a brief stint as a Graphic Designer at Idead in 2009. Flavio's educational background includes recent training at Bologna Business School in early 2025, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Università degli Studi di Palermo (2011-2015), and studies at IADE Creative University (2013-2014), along with completing the Liceo Scientifico from 2007 to 2011.
