Joe continued to build expertise through roles at Caterpillar Inc. and ABB, further enhancing their skills in system and component development. Currently, as a Sr. Program Manager at Vertiv, they lead quality issue resolution and manage strategic accounts, drawing on their extensive background from previous positions as a QA Engineer and Sr. Product Quality Engineer.
